Client

Our client is a leading brewery in Bavaria, Germany.

Tasks

• Develop brand strategy based on insight and data.
• Amplify events with local market activities where appropriate to drive increased visibility and engagement.
• Closely monitor and balance the ROI and sales performance of the loyalty program.
• Use customer data to drive business strategy and performance.
• Work with the Head of CRM to set a clear vision and roadmap for success.
• Work closely with HR and Retail Directors to ensure strong internal communication plans.
• Ensure strong analysis of all relevant activity and recommend improvements.
• Gather feedback from customers and market intelligence in general.

Requirements

• You have minimum 7 years of experience in food and/or FMCG industries.
• You have proven budgetary control experience.
• You are self-motivated and result-driven with a high energy level.
• You have a natural drive and enjoy creating new opportunities for yourself and for the company.
• You apply a structured and straight-forward approach to complex pursuit and projects.
• You have experience in sales and market development in the food and/or FMCG sector (retail).
• You think like an entrepreneur and love to work independently.
• You master your negotiation skills.
• You speak fluent German and English.
